Recital day is often the highlight of our dancer’s year! Many dancers start thinking about next year’s recital the day after their current dance year ends. We pride ourselves in putting together a professional production with great costumes, age-appropriate and fun choreography, and a wonderful confidence booster for all our dancers, from the young to the young at heart!
Recital will be held in June and is a great opportunity for the dancers to show how hard they have been working all year and how far they have come!
In January, we start working on recital pieces and also order costumes. We often have parents come in to see the progress the last week of the month. During this time we ask that you do not share videos of recital choreography on social media. Pieces are not quite performance-ready and we want our friends and family to be surprised at the recital!
Please note- Costumes are ordered on December 20th for up-to-date accounts only. This includes tuition as well as all costume fees. Accounts must be current (Tuition and costumes paid in full) on or before December 10th. Costumes will not be ordered for accounts that are not up-to-date. Accounts that are not current prior to costume ordering will incur a $10.00 shipping charge per costume for late costume orders and run the risk of not receiving the costume(s) in time for Recital related events
A $37 deposit per dancer per dance will be due October 25th, and the remainder of $37 is due November 25th. Any dancer registering after January 1st will have a one-time payment of $84.
Besides costume fees, we do have a participation fee.
Audience members are required to purchase tickets to attend. Children 2 and under are allowed to sit on their parent’s lap. Children 3 and older are required to purchase a ticket. Tickets will go on sale in May 2022, and all additional information will be provided in the spring.
Keep an eye out for our Recital Handbook, which will be available in early Winter with all necessary recital information.
